1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing DocLink. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or adjustments are made for subscriptions, purchases, or payments processed through the DocLink platform.

By using DocLink, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all users who:

  • Subscribe to DocLink plans or services.
  • Make one-time or recurring payments via the app.

This policy covers:

  • Subscription cancellations and renewals.
  • Accidental or duplicate payments.
  • Technical or service-related issues.

3. No Refund Policy After Activation

Once a subscription or doctor plan has been activated, DocLink does not provide refunds for any reason, including:

  • Early cancellation by the user.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Partial or non-use of features during the active period.

All payments are final upon activation of services.

4. Refunds for Payment Errors or Technical Failures

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

  1. Duplicate payments due to a system or network error.
  2. Failed transactions where payment was deducted but the service was not activated.
  3. Verified technical issues directly caused by DocLink's payment system.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after verification, through the original method of payment.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Users may cancel their auto-renewal subscription at any time via:

  • The website settings (under "Subscription" or "Billing").

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will retain access until the period expires.

Refunds are not issued for unused portions of the subscription period.

6. Trial Periods and Promotional Offers

DocLink offers a two-week free trial or promotional plan; users will not be charged until the end of the trial period. Once converted to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.

Promotional offers or discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

7. Refund Procedure

If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact DocLink Support at info@doclinkcare.com with the following details:
    • Full name
    • SLMC Registration number
    • Registered email address
    • Transaction ID or invoice number
    • Description of the issue
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by DocLink management after internal verification.

8. Third-Party Payments

Payments made through third-party services (payment gateways) are subject to those platforms' refund policies.

DocLink cannot directly process refunds for transactions handled by third-party systems.

9. Modifications to This Policy

DocLink reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective once published on the app or official website. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
